Ordinary Member: The member who requests to join the membership of the Association
This shall be accepted by the Board of Directors after the conditions are met.
Supporting member: It is the member who is committed to paying the regular membership in addition to his donation to the association
Distributed to the operational programs of the association

A member of the association must meet the following conditions:
1. To be a Saudi national.
2. He must have completed eighteen years of age.
3. To be fully qualified as considered Shariah.
4. He must not be convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty unless he has been rehabilitated.
5. He must have paid the minimum annual subscription.
A member loses his membership in the Association in one of the following cases:
1. Death.
2. Withdrawal from the association by written request.
3. If he loses one of the membership conditions contained in the membership conditions.
4. If the association deliberately inflicts serious damages, whether material or moral, and the discretion of this is up to the Board of Directors.
5. If he is late in paying the subscription for a period of (six months) from the beginning of the financial year of the Association after notifying him by a letter at his address registered with it, a resolution shall be issued by the Board of Directors of the loss of membership.
6. During the term of his membership or after its loss, the member may not recover the contributions, donations or donations paid to the Association, whether in cash or in kind, whatever the reasons, and this applies to his legal and legal successors.
A member of the Association shall abide by the following:
1. Fulfill the obligations arising from his membership in the Association and carry out the duties stipulated in this system and the internal regulations of the Association.
2. Compliance with the resolutions of the General Assembly and the resolutions of the Board of Directors.
3. Inform the Association in writing of any amendments to the address registered with it.
