1. The volunteer should have good manners by dealing with the beneficiaries of the association, its employees and the relevant authorities, as he should pay attention to the external appearance, and what is required by the nature of his work entrusted to him.
2. The volunteer should show full readiness to take responsibility, carry out the tasks entrusted to him to the fullest, and persevere in continuing to perform in a high spirit during the agreed volunteering period.
3. The volunteer should have self-confidence and enjoy the spirit of cooperation with colleagues inside and outside the association.
4. The goal of volunteering should be pure for the sake of God, through which the volunteer does not hope to achieve personal goals that harm the interests of the association and its employees, volunteers or other parties.
5. The volunteer should be committed to preserving the property of the association and is keen on the optimal use of the resources granted to him by the association in order to achieve the objectives at the lowest possible costs.
6. The volunteer is obligated not to give promises to the beneficiaries or external parties in the name of the association except after referring to the officials in the association and taking permission from them, in order to ensure the safety of the volunteer from falling into any legal problems during his dealings.
7. The volunteer is obligated not to collect donations, whether material or in-kind, except after obtaining written approval by the association, by following the regular procedures for organizing the fundraising process.
8. The volunteer is obligated to keep the work secrets and information of the association and not to disclose them outside the association or talk about them with others.
9. The volunteer is not entitled to claim any money as a result of performing some of the work entrusted to him, nor is he entitled to ask the association to obtain a job during or after the volunteering period. What he does is considered a pure voluntary work for the sake of God Almighty without financial compensation or any other obligations demanded by the association
10. The Association has the right to terminate the volunteer's services at any time it deems appropriate, according to the following:
    • The end of the agreed volunteering period.
    • The volunteer's failure to adhere to the attendance and departure times and record daily reports during the volunteering period.
    • The volunteer's lack of commitment to accomplish the tasks entrusted to him.
    • Harm the volunteer to the interests of the association
    • The absence of the association's need for volunteers during a period of periods, as volunteers are stopped and contacted again in the event that the field of volunteering is opened in the future.
11. The association is committed to preserving the rights and dignity of the volunteer from respect and appreciation by all its employees.
12. The association is committed to providing certificates of thanks, appreciation and experience to the volunteer in the event that he is able to carry out the tasks entrusted to him to the fullest, provided that the entire agreed period of time is completed, and in the event of the interruption or apology of the volunteer, the association is not obligated to provide a certificate for the period he spent previously.
13. The association is committed to determining the responsibilities entrusted to the volunteer in proportion to his capabilities and abilities and obtaining the volunteer's approval to do so.
14. The association is committed to providing the necessary information to the volunteer to complete the work entrusted to him, while informing him of all new events within the association related to the work entrusted to him.
15. Commitment to the time period specified for volunteering in the association, which is determined by the officials of the association in agreement with the volunteer in advance, where the volunteering period is not less than a month and not more than a year.
